Insanity Workout Review
Before I get too deep into Focus T25, I thought I would take a moment and reflect a little bit about the crazy intense program I just got done with: INSANITY! So in this Insanity workout review, I’m going to just give a quick overview of everything that is included in the program should you choose to purchase it for yourself, a rundown of my favorite workouts and obviously I’ll share some of my final results.

Insanity Workout Review – Aaron’s Favorite Workouts!
This workout is absolutely crazy. It is the first workout you do when you get into the second month of Insanity and you are supposed to do it on the same day you perform the fit test! When I put the DVD in and saw it said I had an hour to go instead of 45 minutes, my eyes got wide. But I dug deep and pushed through because that’s just what you have to do! I remember that Deborah and I had to do this workout separately the first time and she went through it first that day. I got a slew of interesting texts while at work about how crazy the workout was and she wasn’t kidding one bit.
The intervals are nothing new after you’ve been through the first month, however the intensity of the moves sure does pick up quickly! There are moves that you did during circuits in the first month that become part of the warm up in the second month. After all those different moves Shaun T throws your way, you will be excited to know that there are many more diverse moves still to come in the second month to keep you on your toes (literally). Hopefully you enjoy this workout as much as I did!
I think I enjoyed this so much because it was very different than any of the other workouts. This is the routine you repeat during the recovery week and throw in a couple times during the second month too. Shaun T throws in some moves that just focus on muscles you didn’t even know you had! Aaron’s Insane Results!
For those of you who know me personally, I have a relatively slender build already, so they may not expect that I could lose a lot of weight or anything like that. But years of drinking nothing but soda and over a year of working on third shift does a body wrong, and I have my fair share of body fat to get rid of just like most people.
I wouldn’t be writing this Insanity workout review if I didn’t have good results with this program and I probably wouldn’t be so happy and dedicated to being a Team Beachbody Coach. But after losing just over 16 lbs (almost 10% of my starting weight) in sixty days, I am truly a believer in this program.
