Saturday Challenge at Crossfit Glorified!
Throwing down 21-15-9 Thrusters and Burpees.
This was my first time attempting 95 lb Thrusters, but need to start getting used to them so I can work towards Rx’ing Fran! Need to put in some serious work on my pull ups as well.
It was COLD yesterday morning for TN. Thought my hand my just freeze to the bar, but maybe that would have made me go faster because I couldn’t have put it down! JK
Give this a try if you can, or scale the weight on the thrusters accordingly and see what you can knock out! I’m sure plenty of you can do better than I did, but I’ll just keep putting in the work and try to keep improving! I’d love to hear other’s times and results trying this in the comment section below!
